COL Tate managed to arrange funding which enabled the Academy to complete its final 2018-2019 school year according to its long traditions. COL Tate noticeably raised the overall quality of the Academy during his tenure, including especially the quality of the Academy’s relationship with HMSAA and the academic standards of the graduating class.
